Parent Meeting / Time Trials Tonight!
1 min readBoth the boys and girls track teams will be in action in the DGS fieldhouse tonight starting at 6:00 pm. Parents will have the opportunity to join the DGS Running Boosters and then hear from the coaching staff about team and season expectations. The Dick Pond shoemobile will also be set up if the athletes need to purchase spikes or any other running gear. The girls will also be collecting donations for our Project Linus service project. Tonight is the last night for donations as the service project will take place on Saturday.
The racing schedule for tonight is:
- Girls 55m Hurdles
- Boys 55m Hurdles
- Girls 55m Dash
- Boys 55m Dash
- Girls 1200m Run
- Boys 1600m Run
- Girls 200m Dash
- Boys 4x400m Relay
- Girls 4x400m Relay
The Boys and Girls Shot Put will also be contested.
