Over the summer, a group, led by captains, will do long runs on Fridays at Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve. The group will meet at 7:00am and run all or part of the trail loop (building up distance over the summer). After the run, several girls usually bring food to share (watermelon, bananas, oranges, bagels, cream cheese, muffins, etc).
Directions: Take Cass Ave. SOUTH past I-55. Turn RIGHT on Northgate Rd. Go about 250 ft. and turn RIGHT into the parking lot. The group usually meets on the right side of the parking lot once you first enter. Bring water.
