Cross Country Registration!

Our season officially begins on Wed, August 9. Each girl needs to register online and submit a sports physical to the athletic office BEFORE August 9th. Please do not delay either the registration or the physical. Athletes may not participate without both items taken care of. Freshmen can turn in a copy of their freshman physical (no separate physical needed). Sophomores and above can get a walk-in sports physical at the Walgreens on Ogden & Main St if you are in a time crunch.

Our 3rd annual team camping trip will take place on August 10-12. The trip is for EVERYONE on the team. The girls need to register for the trip and pay the $70 fee at the DGS Web Store by the end of July. If the fee is an issue, we still want your daughter to participate. So, please let me know and we will work it out. We still need families to volunteer tents for the trip. Please have your daughter sign up on the volunteer list at school by the end of this week if have an available tent that sleeps 4 or more.

I will also need student permission forms for the camping trip. They are the same form as the Detweiller race.. I have emailed an electronic version to all parents, and I have passed out paper copies to the girls at camp. I need to have those forms returned by August 9th.
