Practice begins in the Fieldhouse every day at 3:37pm.

It’s NOT too late to join…you MUST register ONLINE.

Registration Instructions

1. Go to http://il.8to18.com/dgs.
2. On the lower left side under “Resources” you will find:

• Online Registration Instructions
• 2014-2015 Medical Permission Form
• 2014-2015 Physical Form

3. You must turn in BOTH your Medical Permission and Physical Forms to the Athletic Office (C151)
