Yoga for Runners class!

You can sign up for the 6-week Yoga for Runners class that Coach Alison Swade will be teaching this summer by going to Yoga for Runners.

The classes will begin on Thursday, June 22 and be held each Thursday from 2:00-2:45 pm at Power Yoga on Main (5223 Main Street, Downers Grove, IL).  You must register online before June 22.
