The DGS Girls Track & Field team met at the Spike Shed in downtown Naperville on Saturday and worked together to assemble and tie 15 blankets. The blankets will be donated to Project Linus, a non-profit organization who’s mission is to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, hand-made blankets.
