Two meets this weekend…
1 min readOn Saturday, October 3, DGS will split the team and compete in two different meets. Seven girls from the varsity group will head to Detweiller Park to compete in the Peoria Central Invite. This meet gives the Mustangs a 2nd opportunity to race on the State meet course. The varsity girls race will go off at 11:00a.
The remainder of the team will be competing at Leroy Oakes Forest Preserve in the St. Charles North Invite. This is a new meet for DGS (replaces the Niles West Invite from past years). The frosh/soph girls race will start at 9:00a, the varsity girls will race at 10:00a, and the JV girls race will start at 11:00a.
